Ordering repeat prescriptions and making appointments with a doctor online

You will need a username and password from us

You can apply for your username and password at the GP reception.

You MUST be able to produce a prescription counterfoil to prove entiltlement and if we do not know you we will require evidence of identity. Once logged in you can change your password.

Please note that the system keeps a complete audit trail and statistics of your use of the online facility. We are sure you will be sensible with it but we will withdraw the facilty from individuals who are unable to do this.

This facility is provided by our clinical computer system provider TPP. (Our system is called 'SystmOne'). We are not able to change how the system works software-wise.

Order a repeat prescription
Change your registration details  (Phone number or address for example)
